By accessing or using Qvoyant platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Qvoyant provides management of SBOM, CBOM and PQC Readiness and Migration solutions on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Accounts may not be shared across multiple individuals unless permitted by your plan

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed [monthly/annually] in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with [30] days’ notice

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

5. Free Trials

  • You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to host, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service

8. Data Ownership and Use

9. Third-Party Integrations
